La Cuisine

The one thing this show has going for it is that this premise has never really been done before, or at least so rarely that it's slipped through my radar.

The main characters are all very likable. however, the way this show frames the villain's arch is a little much. She was groomed from a young age to be manipulative and vindictive by her mother, sure, but to jump to homicidal over a man? I don't see it. Nothing about her personality made that believable.

Beyond her, though, this show is a wholesome story about how an overly nice kid wins the heart of the most liked person in school through deserts. Okay, maybe that SOUNDS like Until We Meet Again but it's not. lmao.

6/10
